During this virtual 7 week group seminar, participants will learn how to program their minds for personal and professional success.

Program outline

Programming or reprogramming of self is about creating self-worth and values by hacking into the subconscious, to define or redefine who you are by shifting the paradigm in your mind to create new habits and beliefs that you can use to:

  • Manage your thoughts and emotions

  • Manage your energy, improve your focus and generate new ideas

  • Activate your motivating circuit to achieve your goals, walk in your purpose and reach your full potential Increase your mental power and emotional intelligence

  • Build a strategy for your self-development and wealth creation

  • Create mental space to think clearly, creatively and strategically

  • Explore the individual and societal narratives impacting your relationship with money and how to liberate yourself from them

  • Understand how scarcity impacts the brain and how we can use nervous system regulation to move out of scarcity individually and then collectively

  • Access to the Trauma of Money’s six phase approach to financial healing and growth

Emmanuel Jal:

Emmanuel Jal is a former child soldier from South Sudan, turned international recording artist, peace and reconciliation activist, philanthropist, and entrepreneur. Drawing on his personal experiences and background, he created My Life is Art, a global community which bridges the arts, business, and philanthropy in order to support people in finding their purpose in order to create a higher state of conscious global awakening.

Emmanuel speaks, performs, and hosts leadership training workshops with a strong message of reconciliation and peace.  He has addressed the UN, US Congressthe Carter Centre, and the highest level of several governments.

Chantel Chapman:

As the founder of The Trauma of Money and founder of What The Finances, Chantel Chapman is considered a refreshing voice in the financial recovery and education space; renowned for her cutting-edge, relatable, and trauma-informed money guidance. Drawing influence from 14 years of experience as a mortgage broker, 10 years as a financial literacy consultant, and extensive research in addiction, behavioural science, trauma, and mindfulness, Chantel’s distinct disciplines make learning about money the antithesis of anything you would experience through traditional schooling. 

Chantel currently runs The Trauma of Money Method - an accredited course certifying professionals in facilitating healing around trauma and money. Chantel has taught and written personal and entrepreneurial finance curriculums for Universities, and Accelerator programs such as Humber College, Wilfrid Laurier University, Ryerson University, EntrepreNorth and Fireweed Fellowship. Chantel was the lead player on building Canada's first-ever, award-winning digital mortgage experience with free credit score and a consultant on several other innovative products for one of Canada's largest Fintech brands. Chantel is also the co-founder of School by K&P, an online school for creative entrepreneurs that also provides free education for communities that have been marginalized across North America.

Chantel is a settler of European descent who works and resides on the stolen traditional lands of the Kwantlen (kwaant·luhn), Musqueam (“mus-kwee-um”), and Tswassen (saa·wa·sn) peoples.

Angélica Fuentes:

Angélica Fuentes is a Latin American businesswoman and impact investor, who has been recognized by Forbes Magazine as one of Mexico’s most powerful women, and by Refinery 29 as one of the 11 most influential women working for gender parity. Equity, women empowerment, education and ESG investments have always been a priority in all her endeavors. Angelica’s entire career has been fueled by a strong and enduring commitment to the cause of women. Angélica has served as CEO at important companies (Gas Imperial, Omnilife, Chivas), and in 2014 she founded the Angélica Fuentes Foundation dedicated to the promotion of gender equality and women’s empowerment in Latin America. In 2019, she founded Muvop, a microfinance institution that targets those who lack access to credits and provides an e-learning platform focused on personal empowerment and financial education. Angélica is an active investor at Banqu, a software technology company on a mission to connect the world's poorest to the global economy.

Ryan C Leier:

Dynamic and inspirational, Ryan Leier brings his unique energy to every class he teaches. Whether in his own One Yoga studios or as an ambassador of yoga to communities around the world, his expression of this ancient, yet vital tradition consistently touches people's hearts. Ryan’s commitment to honouring his teachers leads him to be equally devoted to continuing his studies as to teaching.

Ryan is primarily a student of the Krishnamacharya yoga lineage and continues to study under Father Joe Pereira, by whom he was authorized to teach. Ryan is a student of Baron Baptiste, Eddie Modestini and Nicki Doane (Maya), Danny Paradise, Srivatsa Ramaswami (Vinyasa Krama) and BKS Iyengar.

Drawing profound inspiration from his daughters, Kiyah and Thora Grace, Ryan created Vinyasa Yoga for Youth, an innovative non-profit organisation designed to meet the physical, mental and spiritual needs of youth ages 5 to 22 through the empowering practice of yoga. Ryan’s dedication to connecting with his community has also led to his role as a global ambassador for lululemon athletica.

Ryan believes that through steady practice and devotion, all people – regardless of their age, gender, race or religion, can experience the Oneness of Yoga.


Kristen Young:

Kristen is a Mindfulness Facilitator who works with teams and individuals, and is dedicated to guiding people through a mindfulness journey in order to gain inner peace, develop greater self-awareness and excel to new levels of achievement and growth.

Kristen believes that there is peace and stillness within everyone, and she began her mindfulness journey over 16 years ago and accredits this way of life as a key factor in shaping her values and mission to help others.

Today, her focus is helping companies, teams and individuals to foster growth, improve teamwork and encourage emotional resilience through mindfulness activities. Kristen spent over 10 years working in the real estate and development industry. After experiencing first-hand the mental and physical health struggles that some people may face working in high-stress environments, she found mindfulness was the single thing that grounded her the most. Her goal is to help people discover mindfulness as a tool to build resilience against trauma and to develop lifestyle tools in order to increase capacity during unpleasant situations.

Kristen has completed training programs from: Lab of Meditation 200-hour teacher training, Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, Sadhana Yoga Chi 500-hour teacher training, and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).

Outside of work, you can find Kristen out in nature or on spontaneous adventures.

Monique Coleman:

Monique Coleman is a world renowned actress, producer, activist, and host. She is best known for playing ‘Taylor Mckessie’ in Disney’s “High School Musical” franchise and following that success, took part in “Dancing with the Stars”. More recently, she has starred in several independent films, will soon be seen on Netflix’s “Family Reunion” series, and was recently announced as starring in Lifetime’s upcoming holiday film: “A Christmas Dance Reunion”. Monique has worked tirelessly to balance her work in entertainment along with her passion for advocacy. She was the first ever United Nations Youth Champion and is a longtime advocate for the UN Foundation’s Girl Up Campaign. In 2019, she garnered a Daytime Emmy “Outstanding Host” nomination for her work on the original non-scripted series “Gimme Mo” which she also created and produced. Monique is currently developing a "Mo’tivated Kids" program focusing on fitness and mental health, and working on her first children’s book.

Kalista Zackhariyas:

Kalista Zackhariyas is a solutions-focused impact leader with over 20 years of business leadership, spanning a variety of industries. Her experience as an entrepreneur, philanthropist, and speaker has set the foundation for her real passion as the Founder and CEO of Sparkseeker, a revolutionary social networking app currently in development. 

Kalista’s inner seeker was awakened by her experiences of abuse, homelessness, and poverty; consistent realities of her formative years that has ignited her purpose of impacting social change. Her unwavering beliefs in personal healing, empowering humanity, and using tech for good has inspired her to challenge and reform the existing standards of social networking while delivering solutions on a variety of levels ranging from mental wellness and data privacy to social and environmental justice. Her goal is to spark conscious connection and impact measurable change on a global level one Seeker at a time.

Dr. Elizabeth Goldspink:

Dr. Elizabeth Goldspink, ND is a wellness expert who formulates consumer products in the natural wellness sector and is a health coach to many of North America's leading CEO's and entrepreneurs.

She graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, Canada, where she completed a Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine (ND). She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Ottawa. As a Clinical Intern in both general medicine and adjunctive cancer care at CCNM, Dr. Goldspink focused her training and research on women's health, longevity, and naturopathic oncology.
Dr. Goldspink completed the Mind Body Medicine program at Harvard University Medical School in Boston, where she studied under Dr. Herbert Benson MD, the world leader in the study, advancement, and clinical practice of mind/body medicine. She has taken part in psychotherapy courses that focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Based Therapy, and uses this knowledge to help clients make lasting beneficial life changes.  
Known for keeping up to date on all of the most recent medical literature, Dr. Goldspink has published articles in peer-reviewed journals on women’s health conditions and cancer prevention. She writes for print and online publications, including Integrative Healthcare Practitioners (IHP), and formulates natural health products (NHP’s) for various companies, including Hello.me and Papillex.

Dr. Goldspink is a regularly featured wellness expert on Cityline, a syndicated TV show that airs across Canada and parts of the USA.

She is a member of the following organizations:
